Accessibility Overview 

The 140-room adults-focused hotel is spread over two levels, which are accessible via lifts.  The pathways around the resort are mostly step-free and level, with some ramps of varying degrees.

There is step-free level access from the reception lobby to the restaurant, the main bar and the lifts.  There is step-free level access via lift to the main entrance from the front of the resort, the pool area, the pool bar, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and the standard toilets.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the pool area, the spa and gym, the activities, the lifts, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and from the coach drop-off point to the hotel entrance.  There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance doors.

The resort has 140 rooms, 5 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 203 on the ground floor.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a step-free shower.  There are no handrails next to the toilet nor in the shower.  The journey from reception to room 203 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
