Accessibility Overview
The 512-room resort consists of 7 four-storey buildings and is accessible mostly by step-free level pathways with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 8 lifts.
There is step-free level access from the reception lobby to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets and the lifts. There is step-free level access via lift to the guest rooms and some of the restaurants.
There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance, the main buffet restaurant, the entertainment area, the beach and the pool area.
The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes from the reception lobby.
The resort has 512 rooms, 7 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 2134 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails in the shower and there is a portable shower seat. The journey from reception to room 2134 takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are standard rooms with adjoining rooms available.
