Accessibility Overview

This beachfront resort provides accommodation in several four-storey buildings and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are lifts to reach some of the floors around the resort.

There is step-free level access to the main entrance doorway, the reception lobby, the standard toilets, the lift and the rear open doorway. There is step-free level access via lift to some of the standard guest rooms and the rooms with adaptations for disabled people.

There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the pool area, the beach, the entertainment theatre and the activities. There is stepped access to some of the guest rooms on the higher floors. The journey to the beach takes approximately 4 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 423 rooms, 2 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 159 on the ground floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There is a handrail in the shower and there is a portable shower seat. The journey from reception to room 159 takes approximately 4 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
