Accessibility Overview 

This beachfront resort provides accommodation in 7 four-storey buildings and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees.   There are 2 lifts. 

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the  lifts, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the shop and the rear open doorway.  There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms and the entertainment area.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main restaurant, the pool area, the toilets in the pool area, the beach and the buffet tables in the main restaurant.  There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors, the sports bar and the entertainment area.

There is stepped access to the tennis court, mini golf and the disco.   The journey to the beach takes approximately 4 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 205 rooms, 2 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 2102 on the ground floor.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 2102 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
