This 250-room resort consists of two-storeys and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There is a pool hoist available for guests.
There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the main restaurant, main swimming pool, bar area and the main entertainment arena.There is step-free access via slight ramp to the beach
The journey to the beach takes approximately 6 minutes from the reception lobby.
The resort has 2 rooms which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 101 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower with one step. There are handrails next to the toilet. In the shower there is a portable shower seat. The journey from reception to room 101 takes approximately 3 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, or locally. There are no adjoining rooms available.
