Accessibility Overview  

 

The resort provides accommodation in 3 buildings, with 15 lifts available throughout the resort.  It is he resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees.  There are 8 lifts.  There is a pool hoist available for guests.  There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort. 

 

There is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and standard toilets in the reception area, the main buffet restaurant and the lifts.  There is step-free level access via lift to the guest rooms. 

 

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors and the terrace doors in the restaurant. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the outdoor entertainment area and the shop. 

 

The resort has 1024 rooms, none of which have any adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 115 on the first floor, accessible via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a stepped shower cubicle.  There are no handrails in the bathroom and a portable shower seat can be requested at reception.  The journey from reception to room 115 takes approximately 2 minutes.  There are no adjoining rooms available.  

 

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
