Accessibility Overview 

The resort provides accommodation in a four-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways with many steep ramps. There is one lift. 

There is step-free level access to the main entrance doors and the reception lobby.  There is step-free level access via lift to some of the guest rooms, the luggage room and the TUI desk.

There is step-free access via steep ramps to the restaurant, the standard toilets, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the lift, some of the guest rooms and the pool area.

The resort has 88 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 105 on the ground floor, accessible via steep ramps.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, standard bath and wash basin.  There is a shower over the bath.  There is a handrail at the shower.  The journey from reception to room 105 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
