Accessibility Overview 

The 401-room resort consists of one 7-storey building and the resort is mostly accessible via level pathways with a few slight ramps.  There are 5 lifts.  There is a pool hoist available for guests.  There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort.

There is step-free level access to the main entrance doors, the reception lobby, the lifts, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the shops and the lobby bar.  There is step-free level access via lift to all guest rooms, the rear exit door to the building on level -2, the main buffet restaurant, the meeting rooms, the activities, the gardens, the pool area, the amphitheatre, the beach and the water park.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the gardens.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 4 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 401 rooms, 4 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 1006 on the first floor, accessible via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 1006 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are some adjoining standard rooms available.
