Accessibility Overview

This beach-front resort consists of two buildings with up to 2 levels. The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, slight ramps, steep ramps and lifts.

There is step-free access from reception to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the beauty salon and spa and the lobby bar. There is step-free access via lift to the standard guest rooms.

There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance door, to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, to the spa and to the aqua park.

There is stepped access only to the gym and to some of the slides in the water park.

The beach is approximately 5 minutes walk via slight and steep ramps and level pathways.

The resort has 376 rooms, 2 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 2201 on the same level as reception. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. There are handrails in the shower and a flip-down shower seat. There are handrails either side of the toilet. The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 3 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but staff have details of a rental company. There is an adjoining room available which connects some of the standard rooms.
