Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 7 buildings, some of which have 3 or 4 storeys. The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways with some steep ramps. There are 3 lifts.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lounge, the standard toilets and one of the lifts. There is step-free level access via lifts to some guest rooms and the a la carte restaurant in a separate block.

There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors, the main buffet restaurant, the pool area, the entertainment area and the activities.

There is stepped access to the sauna.

The resort has 149 rooms, 6 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 137 on the third floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a dropdown rail and flip-down seat. The journey from reception to room 137 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are some premium adjoining rooms available.
