Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 5 buildings, some of which have 2 storeys. The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 2 lifts. There are no toilets with adaptations for disabled people.

There is step-free level access via lift to some of the guest rooms. There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance, the restaurant, the entertainment area and the pool area. There is step-free access via steep ramps to some of the guest rooms, the spa and the beach.

There is stepped access to the toilets. The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 321 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1021 on the ground floor, accessible via a steep ramp. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are no handrails next to the toilet nor in the shower. The journey from reception to room 1021 takes approximately 2 minutes. There are no adjoining rooms available.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
