About Dreams Sunny Beach Resort and Spa
The resort provides accommodation in a 10-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 6 lifts.
There is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilet with baby changing facilities, the lifts and the rooms with adaptations for disabled people. There is step-free access via lift to the main buffet restaurant, the entertainment and some guest rooms.
There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors and the pool area. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the splash park.
The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes via a route outside of the hotel.
The resort has 597 rooms, 5 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1002 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower. The journey from reception to room 1002 takes approximately 2 minutes. There are no adjoining rooms available.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
