Accessibility Overview 

This 344-room resort consists of 10 buildings of 1 or 2 storeys. It is mostly accessible via step-free with some steep ramps.   There are 8 lifts. 

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts, the gym, the buffet restaurant, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the entertainment area and the rear exit doors.  There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms and rooms with adaptations for disabled people.

There is step-free access via steep ramps to the pool, beach and the splash park.  The journey to the beach takes approximately 8 minutes from the reception lobby.

We were able to survey room number 214 on the first floor, accessible via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There is a drop-down handrail next to the toilet and a vertical grab rail in the shower. There is a shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 214 takes approximately 5 minutes.

Some mobility equipment is available to hire at reception and the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available for adapted rooms for disabled people. Standard rooms with adjoining rooms are available..
