There is step-free level access from reception to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, lifts to all floors and the rear exit doors.
There is a steep ramp to access the main entrance, the pool area/terrace and the games room.
There is step-free access via lift to the restaurant, rooms with adaptations for disabled people and standard guest rooms.
The resort has 345 rooms, 10 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1228 on the second floor. All the rooms with adaptations for disabled people have an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower. The journey from reception to room 1228 takes approximately 2 minutes, via lift.
The hire of mobility equipment can be arranged by reception staff. There are no adjoining rooms available.
