Accessibility Overview                       

The resort consists of one 413-room building spread over 5 floors (the solarium pool is on the 5th floor).  It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways with some ramps of varying degrees.  There are 6 lifts.

From the reception area there is step-free level access to the lifts, the entertainment area, the restaurant, the bars, the pool area and the activities.  There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms, the gym, the spa and the solarium pool.

There is step-free access via a slight ramp to the main entrance doors.  There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people.  The beach is approximately a 10 minute walk via a route outside of the resort.

The resort has 413 rooms, 5 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 004 on level 0, accessible via a steep ramp.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a step-free shower.  There are handrails next to the toilets and in the shower and a flip-down seat in the shower.  The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but staff have details of a rental company.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
