Accessibility Overview
This 458-room resort consists of one 8-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways and ramps of varying degrees. There are 7 lifts.
From the reception area (level 6) there is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lifts and the shops. There is step-free level access via lift to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the standard guest rooms, the pool area, the restaurant, the entertainment bar, the gym and the spa.
There is step-free access via steep ramps to the entertainment area and the pool area. The beach is approximately a 10 minute walk via a route outside of the resort.
The resort has 458 rooms, 5 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 004 on level 0, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a step-free shower cubicle. There are handrails next to the toilets and in the shower and a flip-down seat in the shower. The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but staff have details of a rental company. There are adjoining standard rooms available.
