About GF Isabel
The resort provides accommodation in several buildings, some of which have 6 storeys. It is accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps and slopes of varying degrees. There are 10 lifts.
There is step-free level access to the lifts and the toilets with adaptations for disabled people. There is step-free level access via lift to the guest rooms, the restaurant, the pool area and the entertainment area. There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors and the toilets in the pool area.
The resort has 384 rooms, 5 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 015 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower seat. The journey from reception to room 015 takes approximately 4 minutes. There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
