Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 1 four-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There is 1 lift. There is a pool hoist available for guests.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lift, the entertainment area in the bar and the buffet restaurant. There is step-free level access via lift to the guest rooms and the gym.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors, the rear exit door and the pool area. There is stepped access to the gym.

The resort has 163 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 136 on the first floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with an over bath shower. There is a handrail in the shower. The journey from reception to room 136 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
