The resort provides accommodation in a 14-storey building. The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 5 lifts. There is a pool hoist available for guests.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts, the main buffet restaurant, the Piano Bar, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and the standard toilets. There is step-free level access via lift to the guest rooms, the pool area, the entertainment area, the gym and the activities.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the upper level of the poolside seating, the entertainment area and the spa. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance.

There is stepped access to all the room balconies, the standard toilets in the entertainment area, the terrace of the reception lobby and the VIP pool.

The resort has 250 rooms, 10 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 402 on level 4, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 402 takes approximately 2 minutes. There are some standard adjoining rooms available.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
