    Accessibility Overview

    The resort provides accommodation in 15 buildings, some of which have 3 storeys. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There is 1 lift. There are buggies available to transport guests around the resort.

    There is step-free level access to the main entrance doors, the toilets, the lobby bar, the main entertainment bar, some of the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the activities, the shops and the coffee shop. There is step-free level access via lift to the main buffet restaurant, the pool area and the beach.

    There is step-free access via slight ramps to some of the guest rooms. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the beach, the water park and to access some of the accommodation villas.

    The journey to the beach takes approximately 6 minutes from the reception lobby.

    The resort has 537 rooms, 4 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 2512 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 2512 takes approximately 4 minutes.

    Some mobility equipment is available to hire at reception, also the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are some adjoining rooms available.
