Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in six buildings, some of which have three storeys. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are no lifts. There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the main buffet restaurant, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the entertainment, the rear open doorway, the gym, the sauna and steam room.

There is step-free access via a slight ramp to the main entrance doorway. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the pool area and the beach. There is stepped access to the upper levels of the accommodation blocks. The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 252 rooms, 2 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 4106 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 4106 takes approximately 5 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
