The resort provides accommodation in 32 buildings, some of which have 3 storeys. The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 21 lifts.
There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the spa, the main restaurant, the pool area, the water park, the entertainment area, the beach and some of the activities.
There is a steep ramp in the reception lobby to access some areas of the resort.
The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes from the reception lobby.
The resort has 818 rooms, 3 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 4302 on the ground floor, accessible via some slight ramps. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower seat. The journey from reception to room 4302 takes approximately 5 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
