Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in a five-storey building and it is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 9 lifts. There is a pool hoist available for guests.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, some of the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the lobby bar. There is step-free level access via lift to the guest rooms, the gym and spa, the main buffet restaurant, the exit from the main building, the pool area, the entertainment area and the activities.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance and the restaurant terrace. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the beach.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 6 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 624 rooms, 6 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 2101 on the second floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 2101 takes approximately 3 minutes. There are some standard adjoining rooms available.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
