About Grupotel Cinco Plazas Apartments

The resort provides accommodation in 12 buildings, some of which have 2 storeys.  The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, with some steep ramps.  There is 1 lift. 

There is step-free level access to the main entrance, the standard toilets, the lift, the entertainment area and the restaurant.  There is step-free level access via lift to the toilet with adaptations for disabled people.

There is step-free access via slight slopes to the pool area and some of the guest rooms. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the splash park and some of the guest rooms.

The resort has 227 rooms, 8 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 1102 on the ground floor, accessible via very steep ramps.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet.  The journey from reception to room 1102 takes approximately 6 minutes.  There are no adjoining rooms available. 

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
