Accessibility Overview 

This 242-room adults-only resort consists of 1 main building and is accessible mainly via step-free level pathways with some ramps of varying degrees.  There are 2 lifts.  There is a pool hoist available for guests.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilet with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the entertainment area, the gym and the rear exit door to access the pool area  There is step-free level access via lift to the restaurant and all guest rooms.

There is a 100m, slight slope to access the hotel's main entrance from the coach drop-off point, then a ramped kerb.  There is step-free access via a steep ramp to access the lifts in the reception lobby.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes via a route outside of the resort.

The resort has 242 rooms, 4 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 330 on level 3, accessible via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower seat available on request from reception.  The journey from reception to room 330 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
