Accessibility Overview

The 327 room resort consists of 1 building with 6 floors. It is mostly accessible via level pathways with some slight ramps. There are 3 lifts. There is a pool hoist available for guests.

There is step-free level access from the reception lobby to the indoor bar, the buffet restaurant, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and the standard toilets. There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms and the rooms with adaptations for disabled people on floors 2, 3, 4 and 5.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors, the sports bar, the pool area and the outside pool bar.

The resort has 327 rooms, 4 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 555 on the fifth floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a step-free shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there are portable shower seats available. The journey from reception to room 555 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
