Accessibility Overview

This adults-only resort provides accommodation in 1 six-storey building. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with a steep ramp at the main entrance. There are 2 lifts. There is a pool hoist available for guests.

There is step-free level access from the reception lobby to the standard toilets, toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the main pool area, the lifts, the entertainment, the buffet restaurant and some of the activities. There is step-free level access via lift to the toilet with adaptations for disabled people, the gym, the spa, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the standard guest rooms.

There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance doors. There is stepped access to some of the activities.

The resort has 312 rooms, 4 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 263 on the second floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 264 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
