Accessibility Overview  

This 233 room resort consists of one two-storey building and several bungalows.  It is mostly accessible via level pathways and slight ramps.  There are 2 lifts. 

There is step-free level access from reception to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lift to the Sports Bar, the entertainment area, some of the activities and the rear exit door.  There is step-free access via lift to the Sports Bar, the gym and the spa. 

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the pool area and splash park, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the restaurant.  There is step-free access via a steep slope to the main entrance doors. 

The resort has 233 rooms, 4 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room (bungalow) number 79 on the ground floor, which takes approximately 5 minutes to reach from reception.  The room has an ensuite with a slight step into the shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.  There are handrails in the shower and next to the toilet. 

There is a shuttle bus service to the nearest beach.  Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
