About HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife

The resort provides accommodation in one two-storey building and several bungalows and villas.  It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some slopes and ramps of varying degrees.  There is 1 lift and there is a pool hoist.

There is step-free level access to the toilet with adaptations for disabled people, the lift, the tv room and the rooms with adaptations for disabled people.  There is step-free level access via lift to the standard toilets and the disco.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the accessible entrance, some activities and the pool area.  There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the entertainment area and the restaurant.  There is stepped access to the gym and some guest rooms.

The resort has 151 rooms, 8 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey bungalow number 070 on the ground floor.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower.  There is no shower seat.  The journey from reception to bungalow 070 takes approximately 4 minutes.  There are no adjoining rooms available. 

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
