Accessibility Overview

This beach-front resort consists of one main building and several accommodation blocks with lifts. There are 2 floors and 1 lift in the main building. The resort is accessible mostly via step-free level pathways, slight ramps and lifts.

From the reception area (level 1) there is step-free level access to the standard toilets with baby changing facilities, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the entertainment area and the lift to access level 0.

There is step-free access via lift to level 0 to access the main restaurant and the open doorway to exit the building. The guest rooms in the separate accommodation blocks are also accessible by lifts.

There is a steep ramp to access the kerb in front of the main entrance. There is a steep ramp leading from the main building to access the pools, activities, beach and toilet with adaptations for disabled people.

The beach is approximately 5 minutes walk via lift, slight ramps and level pathways. Guests can access the water park opposite the resort free of charge.

The resort has 484 rooms, 6 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 10121 on level 1. The room has an ensuite bathroom with two separate doors into the shower and the toilet. There is a handrail in the shower and a portable shower seat is available on request. The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 3 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but staff have details of a rental company. There is an adjoining room available which connects some of the rooms.
