Accessibility Overview 

The 213-room resort consists of 6 two-storey buildings and is accessible via level pathways with some ramps of varying degrees.  There is 1 lift to access the restaurant only.

There is step-free level access to the standard toilets, the bar and the rooms with adaptations for disabled people.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors, the pool area and the lift to access the restaurant.

There is step-free access via steep ramps to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the gym, the entertainment area, the games room and the beach promenade.

There is stepped access to the spa and the beach.

The resort has 213 rooms, 3 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 121, which is approximately 2 minutes walk from reception.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are  handrails next to the toilet and in the shower.  There is also a flip-down shower seat.

The journey from reception to the beach takes approximately 4 minutes to walk.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are some adjoining standard rooms available.
