This 270-room resort consists of one 6-storey building, which is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with one ramp to the pool area. There are 3 lifts.
There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts, the restaurant, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the entertainment area and the rear exit doors.
There is step-free access via slight ramps to the pool and the splash park. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance doors.
The resort has 270 rooms, 5 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 246 on the second floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower seat. The journey from reception to room 246 takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
