Accessibility Overview 

The resort is located on the east coast of Ibiza, in the Es Cana central area. The resort is located on hilly ground with a steep ramp or steps to get around. The majority of areas are step-free via ramp; however, the male and female standard toilet facilities on the lower ground floor and activities can only be accessed by steps.

There is step-free access via steep ramp to the outdoor swimming pool, with a hydraulic hoist to allow access into the pool. Access to the beach, from the resort, includes slight and steep ramps. The average walking time to the beach is seven minutes.

The resort offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people.

The resort offers 10 rooms with some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to assess Room 330, the remaining rooms are similar to this one. All rooms are ensuite.

There is step-free level access via lift to reach this room and step-free level access to get into the room. The ensuite has a toilet with a right-hand transfer with a drop-down rail and a wheel-in shower with a turning space for a wheelchair user.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
