Accessibility Overview 

The sea-front resort provides accommodation an eight-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees.  There are 5 lifts.  There are two pool hoists.

There is step-free level access to the main entrance doors, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lifts, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the indoor entertainment (Piano Bar), the scooter parking area, the teens club and two of the a la carte restaurants.  There is step-free level access via lift to the main buffet restaurant, the spa, the guest rooms, the pool area,  the outdoor entertainment area (Pool Bar), the gym and some of the activities.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the children's playground, the sports court, the sports room, the main buffet restaurant, the spa and the gym.  There is step-free access via a steep ramp to access the restaurant from the pool area.

There is stepped access to the spa pool.  Access to the promenade is via a route alongside the hotel.  There is no beach here.

The resort has 485 rooms, 5 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 043 on the ground floor.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower.  The journey from reception to room 043 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
