Accessibility Overview                       

This resort consists of one main building accessing all the main facilities and activities and several accommodation blocks.  There are 6 floors.  The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, slight ramps, steep ramps and lifts.

From the reception area (level 6) there is step-free level access to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, lifts, toilets with adaptations for disabled people and standard toilets with baby changing facilities.

There is step-free access via lift to the main buffet restaurant, the entertainment area and the exit from the main building to access the pools, spa and activities.

There is step-free access via steep ramps to the pool area, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people next to the pool and to the promenade (not beach level).  The beach is approximately 20 minutes walk via a route outside of the resort.

The resort has 632 rooms, 8 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 6043 on the reception level (level 6).  All the rooms with adaptations for disabled people have an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilets and in the shower.  The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but staff have details of a rental company.  There are no adjoining rooms with adaptations for disabled people available.
