Accessibility Overview

This adults-only resort provides accommodation in 1 five-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 5 lifts. There is a pool hoist available for guests.

There is step-free level access to the reception lobby, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, toilets with adaptations for disabled people, standard toilets, the lifts and the lobby bar. There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms, the main buffet restaurants, the main entertainment area, the pool area and the a la carte restaurants.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors, the indoor pool, the shop and the entertainment bar. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entertainment bar, tennis courts, the solarium and the mini golf.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes via a route outside of the resort.

The resort has 305 rooms, 9 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 403 on the same level as the reception lobby. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 403 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
