Accessibility Overview
The 282 room resort consists of one 4-storey building, which is mostly accessible via level pathways and steep ramps. There are 4 lifts.
There is step-free level access from reception to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people. There is step-free access via lift to the restaurant, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets and the standard guest rooms.
There is step-free access via slight ramps to the lifts, the indoor entertainment, the shop, the rear exit doors, the pool area and the outdoor entertainment area. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors, the playground, the gym, spa and access to the restaurant from the pool area.
The resort has 282 rooms, 5 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 001 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite with step-free shower, toilet and wash basin. There are handrails in the shower and next to the toilet.
It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk to the nearest beach. Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are adjoining standard rooms available.
