Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 1 five-storey building. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 4 lifts.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the standard toilets, the lobby bar, the lifts, the shop and some guest rooms. There is step-free level access via lift to the toilet with adaptations for disabled people, the main restaurant, some of the guest rooms, the pool area, the beach, the activities, the gym and the amphitheatre.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to access the beach. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors and the amphitheatre.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 269 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number G35 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There is a handrail in the shower. The journey from reception to room 269 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are standard adjoining rooms available.
