This 221-room resort consists of four 3-storey buildings and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways and lift, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 4 lifts.
The reception area, standard toilets, the buffet, gym, sauna, toilets with adaptations for disabled people, accommodation, swimming pool, play area and tennis courts all have step-free access via lift.
There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance.
The resort has no rooms with adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey standard premium room number 251 on the reception level, accessible step-free from reception. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are handrails next to the shower. The journey from reception to room 251 takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is available to hire at reception and the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
