Accessibility Overview 

The 126-room resort consists of one 7-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways with some ramps of varying degrees.  There are 3 lifts.

Due to health and safety reasons, mobility scooters are not allowed in the hotel.  There is a scooter park just outside of reception.

There is step-free level access from reception to the standard toilets with baby changing facilities, the entertainment area and bar, the indoor pool, the gym, the spa and the lifts.  There is step-free level access via lift to the restaurant, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the guest rooms and the exit door to access the pool area and activities.

There is step-free access via a very steep ramp to the pool area.

There is stepped access to the main entrance doors, the table tennis and parts of the pool area and to the standard toilets in the pool area.

The resort has 126 rooms, 4 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 120 on the first floor, which takes approximately 2 minutes to reach from reception via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails either side of the toilet and in the shower.  There is a portable shower seat.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
