Accessibility Overview 

The 226 room hotel consists of a 16-storey building and the resort is mostly accessible via step-free level access and ramps of varying degrees.  There are 6 lifts.  The coach drop-off point is at the nearby hotel, Hotel Poseidon, with a few minutes' uphill walk to the Hotel RH Princesca.

There is step-free level access from reception to the lifts, the rear exit doors, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets with baby changing facilities, the entertainment area, the spa, the splash park, the Kids' Club and some of the activities.  There is step-free access via lifts to the restaurant, the pool area, the gym and all of the guest rooms.

There is step-free access via a slight ramp to the main entrance doors.

The resort has 226 rooms, 8 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 112 on the first floor, which is accessed via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower seat.  The journey from reception to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
