Accessibility Overview 

There is step-free access to most areas of the resort.  There is step-free level access from the reception to the entertainment area, the main restaurant, the lift lobby and the toilets with adaptations for disabled people.  Access to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the gym and the spa is step-free via lift.  Access to the terrace and pool area is via a slight ramp. 

The route to the beach takes approximately 15 minutes and is via walkways, slight ramps and via lift in the sister hotel (RIU Palace Tenerife).

The resort offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people.

The resort offers 5 rooms with some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to assess room number 2030, the remaining rooms with adaptations for disabled people are similar to this one.  All rooms are ensuite with a step-free shower and handrails in the shower.  There is a transfer space next to the toilet with dropdown handrail.

Mobility equipment is available to hire at the reception desk.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
