About Hotel RIU Palace Tres Islas

Accessibility Overview 

The resort provides accommodation in one five-storey building. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 4 lifts.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the standard toilets, the lifts, the buffet restaurant, the entertainment area, the rear exit doors and the shops. There is step-free level access via lift to the guest rooms.

There is step-free access via a slight ramp to the main entrance doors. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the pool area, the beach, the gym and spa and the activities.

There is stepped access to some activities and the toilets in the pool area. The journey to the beach takes approximately 3 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 372 rooms, 5 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 142 on the first floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower. The journey from reception to room 142 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
