Accessibility Overview 

The resort provides accommodation in 1 ten-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees.   There are 2 lifts. There is a pool hoist available for guests.  Due to health and safety reasons, mobility scooters are not allowed inside the hotel.  Manual and electric wheelchairs, however, are allowed.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts, the entertainment area, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and the standard toilets. There is step-free level access via lift to the guest rooms, the restaurant and the pool area.

There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance doors.

The beach is approximately 5 minutes walk, via a route outside of the hotel.

The resort has 165 rooms, 9 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 202 on the second floor, accessible via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 202 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
