Accessibility Overview 

The 197-room resort is spread over 23 buildings and accessibility around the resort is mainly via steep slopes and ramps with some steps.  There is 1 lift in the main building to access the restaurant.  There is a courtesy car available to transport guests around the resort.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the bar, the lift and the indoor play area.  There is step-free level access via lift to the restaurant and standard toilets.

There is step-free access via steep slopes and ramps to access to the main entrance doors, the room with adaptations for disabled people, the pool area, the entertainment area, the tennis court and the activities.

There is stepped access to the pool area (from the rooms), the table tennis and pool table and the children's playground.

The resort has 197 rooms, 1 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 115 on the ground floor, accessible via steep ramps and slopes.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle.  There is a handrail in the shower.  The journey from reception to room 115 takes approximately 4 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
