The resort is located in Benidorm, on the east coast of Spain. The resort has twin hotel buildings set around the lagoon pool and shared facilities. Much of the resort is level, with some steep ramps around the pool area and at the access to the Ocas building. Most of the activities have step-free access via slopes or ramps. The play room has stepped access.
The resort offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people.
The resort offers more than 10 rooms with some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to assess Room 235 in the Pelicanos building and Room 2320 in the Ocas Building. The remaining rooms are similar to this one.
There is step-free access via a lift to reach these rooms and step-free level access to get into the rooms. All rooms are ensuite. The ensuite in Room 235 in the Pelicanos building, offers a wheel-in shower, with a transfer space next to the toilet. The ensuite in Room 2320 in the Ocas building, offers a wheel-in shower with wall-mounted grab rails and a transfer space next to the toilet.
