Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in a six-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways with some ramps of varying degrees. There are four lifts.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the standard toilets, the entertainment bar, the main buffet restaurant and the lifts. There is step-free level access via lift to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the gym, the indoor pool, the games room, the shop, the guest rooms and the pool area.

There is step-free access via a ramped kerb to the main entrance doors. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the beach.

The journey to the beach from reception takes approximately 4 minutes, via step-free level pathways and some steep ramps.

The resort has 282 rooms, 10 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 636 on the sixth floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are no handrails next to the toilet nor in the shower. The journey from reception to room 282 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
