The 237 room resort consists of 6 buildings with 2 storeys and 5 lifts. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways with some ramps and slopes of varying degrees.
There is step-free level access from the reception lobby to the solarium, snack bar and lifts. There is step-free level access via lift to the main restaurant and the entertainment area.
There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors and the themed restaurant. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the standard toilets and the toilets with adaptations for disabled people.
There is stepped access to the pub.
The resort has 237 rooms, 4 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 6106 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are handrails next to the toilet. There is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 6106 takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are some adjoining rooms with adaptations for disabled people available.
