Accessibility Overview
The 247 room resort consists of one main buildings with 15 levels. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways and slight ramps. There are 4 lifts.
From reception there is step-free level access to the standard toilets, toilets with adaptations for disabled people, lift and the entertainment area.
There is step-free access via lift to the guest rooms on floors 1-15, the restaurant, the gym, the pool, the activities and the beach. There is step-free access via ramps of varying degrees to access the main entrance doors, on the route to the pool and to access the beach.
The resort has 247 rooms, 3 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 130 on the same level as reception (level 0). The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. There are horizontal handrails next to the toilet and in the shower. There is also a dropdown rail next to the toilet and a portable shower seat. The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes.
The journey to the beach takes approximately 3 minutes and is via level pathways and ramps of varying degrees.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but staff have details of local hire companies. There are adjoining rooms available for the rooms with adaptations for disabled people.
