Accessibility Overview 

This adults-only resort provides accommodation in 1 ten-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees.   There are 3 lifts. 

There is step-free level access from the reception lobby, the lifts, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the main pool area, the terrace and the indoor entertainment bar.  There is step-free level access via lift to all the guest rooms and the main buffet restaurant.

There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors, the lounge and bar area, the lower pool area, the indoor pool and spa.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 10 minutes via a route outside of the resort.

The resort has 313 rooms, 10 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 108 on the first floor, accessible via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower.  The journey from reception to room 108 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
